WHIPPING CREAM POUND CAKE 
3 c. sugar
2 sticks solid butter (softened)
6 eggs
3 c. sifted plain flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Mix butter and sugar until smooth; add one egg at a time, beating after each egg. Add flour, 1 cup at a time, alternating with whipping cream. Beat until smooth. Add vanilla flavoring. Bake in greased and floured tube or bundt pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cool for 15 minutes, then take out of pan.
