HUNGARIAN CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. hot pork sausage
1/3 c. rice
1 sm. onion
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
Garlic powder
Cabbage
Sm. can kraut
46 oz. tomato juice
1/2 tsp. sugar

Scald cabbage and cut rib out. Mix well all ingredients except cabbage, kraut, tomato juice and sugar. Stuff the cabbage and place even in pot. Heat tomato juice and sugar to warm, then pour over cabbage rolls, place a plate on top of cabbage rolls to secure. Cook 2 hours or until rice is done.
