AU GRATIN POTATOES 
5 lb. new potatoes
5 lb. onions
1/2 c. flour
1 can condensed milk
1 box Velveeta cheese, cubed
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook potatoes in skins until semi - tender. Skin and quarter the potatoes. Cut and brown onions in a skillet until juice comes out, about 20 minutes. Mix some onion juice with flour and milk. Beat well. Add the onion and cheese. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour over potatoes. Simmer at least 1 hour in the oven.
