2 WEEK SLAW 
1 med. cabbage, shredded
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
2 carrots, shredded
7/8 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. salad oil
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. celery seed

Place shredded cabbage, onion, carrots in bowl in layers. Top with sugar. Bring rest of ingredients to boil in saucepan. Pour this over cabbage while still hot. Cover and refrigerate. Will keep for 2-3 weeks. Just take out, mix and serve.
