3 WEEK COLE SLAW 
3 lbs. cabbage (approximately 2 heads)
2 med. onion
1 bell pepper
2 c. sugar
2 c. vinegar

Slice cabbage, onion and pepper with electric knife (or use food processor). Cover with sugar and vinegar. Mix and bring to boil the following: 1 c. oil 2 tsp. celery seed 1 heaping tsp. salt

Pour over first mixture and refrigerate for 3 weeks before serving.
