TWO WEEK COLE SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 onion
1 green pepper
3/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. Wesson oil
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Cook sugar, vinegar, oil and salt until dissolved and pour over cabbage while hot. This will keep in refrigerator for 2 weeks.
