3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced or chopped
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/4 lb. American cheese, shredded
1/4 c. catsup
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/3 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. English muffins

Mix all ingredients together and spread on muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
