1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. shredded coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tbsp. butter

Blend everything together in blender. Pour into a buttered 9" pie pan (makes its own crust). Bake until set at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve cold.
