CAULIFLOWER SALAD 
1 head lettuce, chopped
1 head cauliflower, no stems
1 lb. bacon, fried & crumbled
1 sm. red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, fresh
2 c. Hellmann's mayo

Tear lettuce into bite size pieces. Chop cauliflower, layer on top of lettuce. Add thinly sliced red onion. Mix sugar, Parmesan cheese and mayo. Spread mixture over salad, sealing to sides. Top with crumbled bacon. Cover with plastic wrap. Store in refrigerator for 24 hours. Toss before serving. Can also add broccoli pieces, whole cashews and cheddar cheese.
