4 c. cooked Ditalini (about 1 1/2 c. dry) 8 oz. shredded mild Cheddar cheese (sharp is tasty, too) 1/2 c. chopped dill pickle 1/2 c. sweet onion (purple or red), diced 1/2 c. green and red peppers, diced 8 oz. chopped turkey ham 4 tbsp. + 4 tsp. mayonnaise Combine and chill. Serves 8. |
