HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1/2 c. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla, last

Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Stir over low heat. Cook (boil) 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

Good for ice cream or hot fudge cake.
