1 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 c. pinto beans, mashed
1 egg
1 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. diced apples
1 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts

Cream butter and sugar. Add mashed beans and egg. Sift together flour, soda, salt, cinnamon, and cloves. Mix with above mixture. Add vanilla, apples, raisins, and nuts. Bake in tube pan at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

ICING:

1 stick butter
4 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. milk
Pinto bean juice
1 tsp. vanilla
