BOOZY BALLS 
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. rum or rye or bourbon
3 tbsp. light corn syrup or honey
1 box vanilla wafers, crushed
1 c. chopped walnuts (fine)
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar, sifted

Melt chips and remove from heat. Blend in sugar, syrup and booze. Stir until smooth. Stir in vanilla wafers and nuts. Shape into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Let ripen 3 or 4 days in tight container.
