BOURBON BALLS 
12 oz. chocolate bits
6 tbsp. corn syrup
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. booze (rye, bourbon or rum)
1 c. powdered sugar
5 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
2 c. finely chopped nuts

Melt chocolate bits. Stir in corn syrup. Add vanilla. Gradually stir in milk and booze. Then add powdered sugar. Add wafer crumbs and nuts.
