KOLACHI 
6 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
2 sticks butter
3 eggs
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 lg. cake yeast
1/2 c. warm milk

Sift dry ingredients and cut in butter. Add eggs and sour cream. Crumble yeast and melt in warm milk. Then add milk mixture. Mix with hands until smooth and dough does not stick to hands. Divide dough into 3 equal parts. Roll out.

FILLING:

4 1/4-5 c. ground walnuts
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. sugar

Spread filling over dough and roll lengthwise toward you. Tuck in ends and let raise 1/2 to 1 hour on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
