KHOSHAF 
1 lb. dried apricots
1 1/2 c. pitted prunes
1 1/3 c. seedless white raisins
1 c. halved, blanched almonds
1/2 c. halved pistachio nuts or pine nuts
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. rosewater or orange flower water
Water to cover

Wash and dry fruits, if necessary. Put all ingredients in a large bowl. Cover with water and stir. Leave in refrigerator for 1 to 2 days. Serve chilled.
