ORIENTAL BAR-B-Q 
1 Boston roast (pork)
1 c. soy sauce
1 sm. ginger root (peeled and cut up)
1 garlic, minced
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can pineapple (juice only)
1 tsp. vinegar
2 tsp. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Wooden Bar-b-q sticks

Cut toast into small strips or pieces. Cutting away extra fat. Mix up all ingredients and marinate overnight. Stirring or mixing meat to insure all meat is marinated.

Push meat onto sticks, making sure stick does not show through. (If the stick shows, they will catch on fire and stick will burn and meat will fall between Bar-b-q grill.)

Put aluminum foil around outside edge of grill and put meat on center of grill. Aluminum foil is so sticks won't get hot and can be handled while cooking. Cook until done and serve.
