FUNNEL CAKES 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Oil
10X sugar

In small bowl beat eggs and milk until well blended. Beat in flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt until smooth. Heat grease in pan at medium heat. Take a small amount of mixture and add a thin layer in circular motions. Let fry on one side until golden brown and turn to let other side get golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool. Sprinkle with 10X sugar.
