STRAWBERRY LIGHT CHEESECAKE 
1 graham cracker crust, 8" or 9"
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. sour cream
1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip, thawed
1/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. strawberry pie filling

Beat cream cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Add sour cream and vanilla and blend well. Gently fold in whipped topping (Cool Whip) and stir until smooth. Spoon this mixture into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Spread pie filling over top of pie.
