DRIED BEEF AND CHEESE 
1/2 green pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 lb. dried beef, cut fine
1 jar Old English cheese

Saute green pepper and onion in butter. Add beef and cheese. Stir on low heat until melted. Serve warm with crackers. Can omit green pepper, if desired. Add milk or cream if stiff.
