SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1/2 c. melted butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
24 jumbo shrimp, peeled & deveined
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 tbsp. dry white wine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Salt & pepper

Heat butter and oil in large skillet. Add shrimp; saute on both sides until done, about 5 minutes. Pour pan drippings into small saucepan, add remaining ingredients. Cook over high heat 1 minute. Pour over shrimp. Serves 4.
