SUGARED PECANS 
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 lb. pecans
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Whip egg white and cold water until it holds soft peak. Fold in pecans, covering all the nuts. Mix sugar, salt, cinnamon together. Pour mixture over pecans and mix well. Pour covered nuts in buttered jelly-roll pan. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. Turn nuts every 15 minutes. Cool. Store covered.
