HOLIDAY/SUGARED PECANS 
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg white
1 tsp. cold water
1 lb. pecan halves

Combine egg whites and cold water. Beat until frothy, not stiff. Add pecan halves. Mix until all nuts are coated. Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt. Add to nuts and mix thoroughly. Place on buttered 15 x 10-inch pan.

Bake at 225°F for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Store in airtight container.
