SUGARED PECANS 
1 egg white
1 tsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 lb. pecan halves

Beat egg white and water until frothy. Add pecans. Combine sugar, salt and cinnamon. Add to pecan/egg white mixture. Bake 1 hour at 225 degrees on buttered cookie sheet, stirring at 15 minute intervals.
