GOLDEN DELIGHT PANCAKES 
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
6 eggs
1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients into blender. Cover and blend at high speed for 1 minute, stopping to stir down once. Bake on greased griddle, using 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Makes 20 (4") cakes. Also good for waffles. Bake extra and freeze. Reheat in toaster.
