15 med. potatoes
1 1/2 c. water
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1 stick butter

Grease casserole. Place water and soup in casserole and stir slightly. Add potatoes, sliced. Cut stick of butter over top. Cover and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. After 1/2 hour, open and stir.
