3 golden Delicious apples
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 c. diced celery
2/3 c. chopped walnuts
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
2 tsp. sugar
Dash salt

Wash, pare and core apples, cut into 1/2" chunks. Toss with lemon juice, cabbage, celery and nuts. Combine remaining ingredients and toss with apple mixture. Season to taste with salt. Yield: 6 servings.
