MACARONI & CHEESE 
2 c. uncooked macaroni
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
3/4 c. milk
12 oz. pkg. sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook macaroni until tender; drain. Put butter, egg, milk, salt, pepper in and stir good. In a 2 quart casserole dish; put a layer of macaroni; then a layer of cheese. Repeat until all gone. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
