BASIC BREAD DOUGH (PIZZA CRUST) 
3-4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 pkgs. yeast, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water and 1/4 tsp. sugar
1-2 tbsp. olive oil
1 to 1 1/2 c. warm water

Blend all ingredients in order given. Knead for 1-2 minutes or until well blended. Let rise in warm place for 1 hour. Knead again and form into pizza. Cover with sauce, cheese and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add pizza ingredients of your choice. Bake in 425 degree oven for 15 minutes.
