CHICKEN PARMESAN 
4 chicken breast halves
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
8-12 slices Provolone cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
3/4 c. bread crumbs
1 to 1 1/2 c. spaghetti sauce

Dip chicken breasts in egg, then in mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Fry chicken breasts in oil until light brown. Cover bottom of casserole dish with spaghetti sauce and lay chicken on it. Pour remaining sauce over chicken. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes.

Remove from oven and lay Provolone slices on chicken. Bake 5 more minutes, or until chicken is cooked through. Serve over pasta. Serves 4.
