CHICKEN AND RICE DISH 
1 1/2 c. minute rice
1 packet onion soup mix
1 tray frozen chicken sections, thawed
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
1 1/2 soup can of water

Put rice in dish large enough for chicken pieces to lay spread out. Cover with onion soup mix. Lay chicken sections on this, then add 1 1/2 cans of water. Cover this with creamed soup. Cover with tin foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour, uncover and brown 1/2 hour.
