PAJ-KAI (SWEET AND SOUR PORK) 
Pork roast or ribs
Green peppers and red onions

SAUCE:

3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
2/3 c. water
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/3 c. vinegar

Cut into cubes. Boil in hot water until cooked (20-25 minutes).

Pour water out and sprinkle cornstarch on meat. Fry the meat a bit. Drain the oil out after browning the meat. Cook the meat with green peppers and red onions.

Mix sauce ingredients in a pan and stir until it thickens. (IT CAN BURN EASILY!) Pour over the mixture of meat and vegetables.
