SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 lb. med. shrimp
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
1 can cream mushroom soup
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Cooked rice

Shell and devein shrimp; set aside. Saute in large saucepan bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, and seasonings for about 10 minutes. Add stewed tomatoes and raw shrimp. Simmer about 15 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.
