MUSHROOM MEATBALLS 
3 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
Salt and pepper
2 cans golden mushroom soup

Mix hamburger, onion, salt and pepper. Make 2 inch balls and place in large baking dish. Pour soup over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
