SPANISH CORNBREAD 
1 c. corn meal
1 c. flour
1 (16 oz.) can cream style corn
1/4 c. melted butter
1 (4 oz.) can chopped Ortega peppers
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. grated Jack cheese
1/2 c. grated Tillamook cheese
4 eggs

Mix all ingredients together. Bake 60 minutes at 400 degrees (approximately).
