CINNAMON PECANS 
Mix together:

1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat egg white until foamy. Toss in pecans and then sugar mixture. Mix well. Spread on a large cookie sheet in single layer and bake at 250 degrees for about 20 minutes. Use spatula to loosen from pan and cool. Store in container and place in refrigerator.
