4 to 6 lg. potatoes cubed
1 pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 c. bacon bits
1/4 c. chopped chives
1 stick melted butter

Bake or boil potatoes until tender. Place in casserole dish, add butter, chives and 1/2 of the cheese. Mix well. Bake at 400 degree for 15 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bacon bits, bake for 5 minutes. top with sour cream when served.
