SPINACH SALAD | |
1 beaten egg 2/3 c. sugar 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar 1/2 c. water 1 tsp. salt Combine above in saucepan. Heat just to boiling, stirring constantly. Cool. Makes about 1 1/2 cups dressing. Toss with fresh, chilled spinach, that has been washed and trimmed. Add sliced red onion rings. Garnish with crumbled bacon (1 pound crumbled bacon). |
