BEET SALAD 
2 cans beets, drained (save juice)
1/4 c. vinegar
3/4 c. beet juice
1/4 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) box Jello (any kind, cherry is best)

Let liquid and sugar come to a boil. Mix Jello into it. Mix with the beets which have been chilled slightly. Let congeal.
