PORTUGUESE SOUP 
1 lb. linquisa
2-3 lbs. cooked chicken
7 pkgs. beef broth
10 c. water
1 lg. can stewed tomatoes
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped celery
1 lg. zucchini, cut up
1 bunch broccoli, cut up
5 lg. potatoes, cut up
3 shakes garlic powder
Salt & Pepper to taste

Bring the water and beef broth to a boil; add tomatoes, onions, celery, zucchini, broccoli, chicken and linquisa. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder and simmer 1 hour. Add potatoes and simmer 1 more hour.
