MEXICAN SQUASH 
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 #2 can cream corn
3 c. cooked yellow squash
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
2 1/2 tbsp. sugar

Beat eggs in bowl. Add corn. Add cool melted butter. Drain all water from cooked squash. Add squash and mix. Pour into greased oblong dish. Top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
