PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 sm. pkg. pistachio instant pudding & pie filling
9 oz. carton Cool Whip
1 c. sm. marshmallows
1/2 c. chopped pecans

In mixing bowl sprinkle the pistachio pudding over the crushed pineapple, mix well. Fold in Cool Whip. Add marshmallows and pecans. Keep in refrigerator.
