SUGAR FREE PISTACHIO SALAD 
1 pkg. (4 serving size) sugar free pistachio pudding (instant)
1 pkg. featherli
1 can (20 oz.) crushed pineapple in juice

Pour pineapple and juice into bowl. Add pistachio pudding mix. With a rotary beater or electric mixer at lowest speed, beat until well blended, 1-2 minutes.

In a separate bowl mix whipped topping according to package directions. Fold whipped topping into pudding mixture. Pour into serving bowl or spoon into dessert dishes. Salad will be soft-set and ready to eat in 5 minutes. Store in refrigerator. Makes 4 cups or 8 servings.
