"FREE" SALAD DRESSING (LOW-CAL) 
3 c. tomato juice
1 1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. lemon juice
6 tbsp. minced onion
1 tbsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. each dried chives, parsley and celery flakes
Artificial sweetener to equal 12 tsp. sugar

Mix all ingredients together in quart jar and refrigerate. Shake well before using. Makes 1 quart.
