POTATO BALLS WITH SPINACH 
8 lg. potatoes
4 c. chicken stock (canned or made)
1/2 c. spinach, stems removed
Salt and pepper

Shape potatoes into balls. Heat chicken stock and poach spinach leaves for 4 minutes then puree in food processor. Bring stock to boil and cook potato balls for 6 minutes. Serve with spinach prepared juice.
