SPINACH POTATO SOUFFLE

2 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
8 oz. sour cream
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Add to mashed potatoes for 6.

1 sm. pkg. shredded cheese sprinkled on the top

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes in 2 quart casserole.
