SANDWICH SOUFFLE 
16 slices bread, crusts removed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 green onions, chopped or 1/2 onion, chopped
2 1/2 c. milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup or celery soup
1 c. chopped celery
Salt & pepper
1/2 lb. grated cheese
4 eggs
3 c. diced ham, chicken or turkey

Butter 9"x13" pan well; line with 6 to 8 slices of bread. Mix meat, mayonnaise, onion, celery and half of cheese and spread on top of bread. Cover with 6 to 8 slices of bread. Beat eggs; add milk, salt and pepper to taste. Pour over bread and let stand overnight in refrigerator, covered with foil.
