BROCCOLI SOUFFLE 
2 pkgs. chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. mayonnaise
4 eggs
2 tbsp. grated onion

Cook and drain broccoli according to package directions. Add mushroom soup, eggs, mayonnaise, and onion. Mix with mixer. Turn into greased casserole dish. Bake 45 minutes.
