CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKES 
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. butter
1 1/4 c. granulated sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. cold water
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Sift together flour, cocoa and salt. Blend in eggs, vanilla, and baking soda. Add the cold water alternately with the dry ingredients. Add the chocolate chips and the nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Do not over bake.
