CHOCOLATE CHIP CUPCAKES 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Mix together flour, 2 cups sugar, cocoa, 1 teaspoon salt and soda. In separate bowl mix oil, vinegar, vanilla and water. Combine the two groups a little at a time until smooth. Fill paper lined cupcake tins 2/3 full.

Cream together cream cheese, egg, 1/3 cup sugar and salt until fluffy. Add chocolate chips. Drop a heaping teaspoon in each cupcake. Bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
